The bathroom, which has both a bathtub and a large shower, will be shared with one other tenant. The room itself has plenty of storage. There is also a backyard/garden, which is convenient if you have a bike. Off-street parking is available. The house is close to amenities, including Tesco Express (3-minute walk), Tesco Clarehall (10-minute walk). Bus route 15 (6-minute walk) runs 24 hours and takes about 30 minutes to the city centre. Clongriffin Dart Station is also just a 15-minute walk away. Rent: €800/month, which includes internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and bin collection. Gas and electricity bills are paid separately. One month’s deposit (€800) is required. We are looking for a nice, quiet, tidy, and pet-friendly person to share with. No smokers.
