Hi everybody, The room will be available from on 17 of May. We are looking for a housemate for a large single room (double bed) in our house with a large garden, as in Clongriffin. It's a quiet area with plenty of on-street parking, so if you have a car you can usually find parking right in front of it. Otherwise there are buses running 24 hours. (bus number 15) 7 minutes walking distance from the bus station. It is also 10-15 min walk from Clongriffin Dart station. It is surrounded by supermarkets such as Tesco-Dunnes and Lidl. There is a very large park and walking area in the immediate vicinity of the site. It's a safe location. The room is fully furnished with double bed, desk, chair and large wardrobe. A very large and spacious room. There is no heating problem in the house. You will have access to the common areas of the house, the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. (There is a bathtub and a shower cabin in the bathroom.) Our kitchen is large and all electronic equipment such as air fryer toaster coffe machine is available. We have a garden that opens out from the kitchen. We are looking for someone who believes they are ideally clean, tidy, respectful, courteous and sociable. This room for only for one !
