Parkside Gardens, Dublin 13, Clongriffin, Dublin 13

Hi all, I'm Heshan (late 30s from Scotland) and I have a lovely new home here in Balgriffin with spare rooms and bills included in the price :) The house is a 15min walk from Clongriffin DART station and Clarehall/Donaghmede shopping centres (Dunnes/Tesco), and about 10min drive from the seaside and Portmarnock beach! There is a shuttle bus from the nearby hotel to the airport, and the local number 15 bus runs all night. There are loads of grocery stores and little upmarket shops springing up in the area, and the huge Father Collins Park is also just nearby! The house is only about 8 years old so it's in new condition and very clean with a lovely large garden, kitchen and living room with superfast internet and loads of TV channels! It's really important to me that we find a home environment that's great for everyone. I've lived in other people's houses for years and I got sick of all the fake ads and tiny dirty rooms... so I aim to make sure this will be as much of a friendly, hassle-free and relaxed environment as possible - somewhere you'll be happy to call home! Would it be too much to call it an oasis? :p All of the rooms have loads of light, divan beds Emma Premium hybrid mattresses, bedside tables, lamps, desks, chairs and loads of storage. The room sizes are: * 5m x 3.5m * 5m x 4.8m * 4.3m x 2.7m * 4.8 x 2.2m The kitchen is 5m x 4.5m and everyone has their own cupboard, plus 2 shelves in the fridge and 1 drawer in the freezer. The living room is 4.6m x 3.4m and has very comfy sofas :) *** In your message - tell me about yourself, your past experience of renting, and what you're looking for in a home!
