Room with private bathroom available at Pembroke Square, Upper Grand Canal St. Available to move in from end of September/beginning of October 2026. Women only please. The room includes one single room with a double bed, one bathroom, a shared kitchen, living and dining room space. There is also a shared balcony off the living room area. We also have use of a communal rooftop garden and reading room in the top floor. Any shared spaces expected to keep tidy. No smoking and (unfortunately) no pets. €1250 per month and deposit of same. Bills not included. Eir Broadband and a landline. Apartment also has electric heating plus electric immersion, washing machine, electric and an oven, fridge and freezer. Sharing the apartment with just one other, and that would be myself. I moved here in early 2024, have rented this apartment for two years, and am now looking for a new tenant as my lovely housemate is moving to another country. Landlord, who does not live here, is lovely, respectful and helpful. I am a 32-year-old woman who works in the theatre and arts industry. I work from an office in the city centre and I also work from home. I have an adjacent bedroom with an en-suite. I love all things film, theatre, poetry, and (fortunately or unfortunately depending on your character), I am pretty passionate about puns and wordplay. Pembroke Square is a very comfortable, safe and clean place to live. Very safe, great amenities, and close to the city centre. The apartment is next to Grand Canal Dock dart station, and is on the 24 hour bus route of C1, C2, C3, and C4, and just a 30 minute walk form the city centre. It is also very close to Google offices, TikTok and Accenture. Nearby shops include Tesco Superstore, Lotts&Co, Fresh, Eurospar, and many nearby bars and restaurants.
