A quiet, residential neighbourhood, the house is located less than 5 minutes walk from Google on Barrow Street and 10 minutes walk from Grand Canal Dock. The house has a living room, kitchen and dining area and two bathrooms with showers (one which is electric). Rent is as stated per month and due on the second day of each month. A deposit of one month's rent is required. The room is available for viewing immediately. All bills, including wifi, heating and electric average at Eur50-100/person/month. This can rise slightly, most likely in the winter months when using more energy. You'll be sharing the house with 3 other housemates, each in their mid to late twenties. We have a warm and welcoming house and chilled atmosphere. Everybody in the house is full time (Google /Docusign). The room itself has space for a desk. It also has two large wardrobes for storage. A cleaneromes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas. The house was also recently repainted and has a washer and dryer, as well as a fridge/freezer. Grand Canal is a beautiful part of the city with great coffee shops (3FE, Lotts & Co) right on your doorstep.
