Lovely and bright double bedroom available at Penrose Street, Grand Canal Dock. A quiet, residential neighbourhood, the house is located less than 5 minutes walk from Google on Barrow Street and 10 minutes walk from Grand Canal Dock. The house has a living room, kitchen and dining area and two bathrooms with showers (one which is electric). Rent is as stated per month and due on the first day of each month. A deposit of first month's rent is required. The room is available to move in furnished. All bills, including wifi, cleaning, heating and electric average at Eur70-80/person/month. This can rise slightly, most likely in the winter months when using more energy. You'll be sharing the house with 3 other housemates, each in their mid to late twenties. We have a warm and welcoming house and chilled atmosphere. Everybody in the house is full time (Google /Docusign). The room itself has bed, bedside locker and a large wardrobe for storage. A cleaneromes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas. The house was also recently repainted and has a washer and dryer, as well as a fridge/freezer. Grand Canal is a beautiful part of the city with great coffee shops (3FE, Lotts & Co) right on your doorstep. There is also a great gym 5 minutes walk from the house (Sportsco with pool, tennis courts, sauna, steam room, etc.) There's a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house that goes to town or it's a 25 minute walk.
