Hello, we are looking for someone to join our home on Percy Place. We are 4 full-time workers (3 women, 1 man) aged in our late 20s/early 30s. Single bedroom available. The house has two shared bathrooms. We are looking for a man to join our home; someone who is easy-going, clean and tidy (we have a cleaning rota) and considerate of others. Rent is €750 per month, payable on the move in date which is 18 June, as well as a deposit which will be due on or before the 18 June.
