Commuter rail Drumcondra station less than 10 min walk. Multiple grocery stores (Tesco, Moldova, Pops in Tops, Centra) pharmacies, butchers, restaurants and cafes near by. You will be sharing the house with the owners, a 50-something couple who travel extensively. You will enjoy the cottage to yourself some of the time, so looking for someone responsible and respectful. The room includes a double bed with room for storage underneath, a wardrobe, bookshelf and lounge chair. Additional storage available in the common area. Full use of shared areas (living/dining, kitchen, bathroom, utility, and spacious back patio). Washing machine and clothes horse available for use (non-scented detergent only). High speed internet and bins included in mothly rental. Gas/electric bills shared between us. Willing to consider couple instead of single tenant, but rent will increase for couple sharing (1500/m) plus an increased proportion of shared bills. LGBTQ+ friendly. It is a strictly Non Smoking/No vaping house. Shoes not worn in the house, dishes cleaned after use, (Not left in sink), no use of deodorants, sprays, candles or fragrances, general respect for fellow house members etc. basic upkeep of house expected.
