The apartment is located in Ashtown, a quiet and well-connected area of Dublin, with excellent transport links. A supermarket and cafe is 1 minute away by walking. It is also only a 6-minute walk from the Old Racecourse bus stop, with frequent bus services to the city centre and surrounding areas. Also a 10 minutes walk to ashtown train station. An excellent pub some 8 minutes away as well and SuperValu 15 minutes away. If you walk for 500m you're inside phoenix park. You will be sharing the apartment with two other person's. A female in her late 20s working as a doctor and myself, early 30s working for the government. We're both very clean, organized, respectful, and quiet, so we are looking for someone who has the same qualities. None of us is working from home and we both work a lot and in odd hours, sometimes doing late shifts, so silence is important. The room has no bed at the moment, but you can choose to have either a double or single bed and it will be arranged. The room is small and it has 3.10m X 2,53m so about 8sqm, excluding the built-in wardrobe. Non-smokers preferred and no drug users. If you like plants that's a plus You will be sharing the bathroom with me, so it will be necessary to be active in mantaining it organized and clean...
