My cottage is situated in a quiet location, 10 mins drive from Arklow and 15 mins drive to Gorey. So you would need your own transport. It is owner occupied, as I live there. I am looking for a one person to share my home with me. Someone who has a full time job, that goes out to work. The room is a large bright attic room, with a king size bed. My cottage is quite old and quirky. It is oil central heating and has a wet room/toilet. Open fire in main sitting room and stove in the snug. The kitchen is a typical cottage kitchen, with everything you need for cooking/baking. Beautiful garden, and several seating areas outside for when the sun shines. The beaches are only 10 mins drive away also.
