The Bose system also includes an integrated DVD player and FM/AM radio, as well as an iPhone dock for one’s own music playlists. The apartment is but a stone’s throw from Saint Stephen’s Green and Grafton street, whilst Temple Bar and Grand Canal Dock are within easy walking distance. The less well known and calmer oasis of Iveagh gardens adjacent to Harcourt Street is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment. For the athletic types, Phoenix park is within an easy running and cycling distance of 2.5km, whilst the leafy green Grand Canal waterway leading down to the river Liffey is only a few hundred meters away. There is a secure storage area for bikes and other recreational equipment. For someone owning a car, there may be the option to use the secure on-site garage for parking accessed via an electric shutter. Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking available (typically paid), though it would be relatively straightforward to organise a parking permit. Of course, being so central there are excellent transport links on Camden Street for greater Dublin which is serviced by regular buses and taxis. The nearby Luas service on Harcourt Street is likewise extremely frequent for journeying further afield.
