Large Double room with single bed available now until June, with posssibility to extend. 5 Minute walk from Clonsilla train station. 5 minute walk from 39/391 bus routes Room has a single bed, with a pull out trundle underneath to make the bed bigger. TV and bookshelf in the room for the tenants use, but can be removed if required. Bedside Locker and lamp will be provided. Bedding available but can also be removed if required. Students preferable. Room available Sunday evening to Friday afternoon. Sharing with a couple in their 20s. House has a 6 month old Golden Retriever puppy so tenant must be comfortable with dogs. Rent includes Bins and Wifi. Electricity and Gas are split every other month. Will be split fairly based on the Sunday - Friday Occupancy. Rent does not have to be paid the week of Christmas as the room will be unavailable for that week. One months deposit required.
