The home features modern, high-end appliances throughout, underfloor heating and ample private parking space. The home is owner-occupied by two people in their 30s (post-primary school teachers). We also have pet cats. The bedroom uses the main bathroom downstairs. The toilet is shared by us during the day, but the shower is for the renter’s exclusive use.
