The house is located in a gated housing estate, with free parking, and is very secure. It's in a great location, near Fairview park, many bus routes and the Dart. It is a 20-25 minute walk to the city centre also. There's a Lidl and Aldi 5 minutes' walk away & Tesco is about a 10 minute walk. You will be living with 1 other tenant (me!). I'm an Irish female, age 38 and I work in the Utilities sector from Mon-Fri. I'm a friendly and social person & like to share some meals and to have the chats with my housemates. But I like my quiet time also, so I will respect yours too! My hobbies are hiking, yoga, going to music & comedy gigs, travelling & reading. The rent includes bins. Wifi & electricity (the heating is electric also) are not included. The Wifi is €17.50pp/mth and the electricity is approx €100 pp/month in the Winter and approx €50pp/month approx in the warmer months.
