A double bedroom available in a large two level house with a large garden. The bookshelves in the pictures are not included. There is a large kitchen and living room. The other housemates have their own bathroom, so the downstairs bathroom will generally be reserved for yourself. There are four other housemates. A couple of us 2-3 days per week. We're all quiet, peaceful, easy-going housemates who are looking for a like-minded housemate. This is not a party house. The house is: approx 6mins walk to Charlemont or Ranelagh LUAS and Ranelagh Village approx 20 mins walk to St Stephens Green approx 15 mins walk to Rathmines SuperValu, Lidl and Tescos are 10mins walk. Rent is €700 per month excluding bills. The bills include electricity, gas, wifi and bins. Deposit also required. Move in date will be 1 August.
