This is a comfortable attic room in semi-detached home on a quiet street. The room is accessed via a spiral staircase and is spacious and bright with twin beds, 2 sets of drawers & a wardrobe. At one end of the room is a designated sitting area with a couch and TV as well as a study desk. There is strong WiFi coverage. The room will be rented fully privately to you (unless you choose to rent it with a friend for an additional €75/week). You will have exclusive use of the bathroom which is modern with a shower, a sink and a WC. There is free on-street parking. You will be one minute from the S2 Bus route (Sandymount to Heuston Station) and 83 Bus route (into town). The 9, 16 and 49 bus stops are less than 5 minutes walk. This is a no smoking/no pets home.
