    Comfortable, Quiet Double Room with double bed to let in an owner-occupied Semi-Detached house in a safe and well established area in Harold’s Cross, with plenty of free on street parking. The room comes furnished with a double bed, 2 large double wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers and a TV. Use of the kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine are included, and there is a large, landscaped garden to the rear of the property. There is also a bathroom with a WC, sink and electric power shower. Bed linen is provided, but you must provide towels for personal use. Rental price is €800 per month including utility bills (electricity, heat and fibre Wi-Fi broadband) A security deposit of €800 and first months rent up front is required to let this room, which will be returned upon the end of the lease, subject to a damage inspection of the room at the time of lease termination. Lease term for this room is between 3 and 6 months. This room is not available to couples. The home is strictly non-smoking, and due care and respect for the home, occupants and visitors is essential. Loud music or loud TV use is not allowed. Strictly no pets are allowed. Tenants are expected to clean up the kitchen after use and maintain cleanliness in the bedroom and bathroom at all times. For fire safety reasons, the use of candles etc in the bedroom or bathroom is not allowed. Any breach of house rules or damage to the property will result in immediate termination of the lease with loss of security deposit. Terenure village is 10-minute walk, and the house is well serviced to Dublin City Centre by multiple bus routes. The suburbs of Rathgar, Rathmines and Ranelagh, as well as Sundrive Park, are also within walking distance. Harold’s Cross is also serviced by multiple bus routes (Number 9, Number 16 and Number 83) to the Northside of Dublin, including DCU and Dublin Airport.
