The whole house will be shared with three females in their 20s. There is a large kitchen and a dining room/sun room downstairs, with access to a small back garden, and a storage room/office space upstairs. The house itself is located in a quiet residential area in Ballyvolane, with a 207 bus stop heading to the city centre just 4 minutes away. There is a park area about a 10-minute walk away, and a Lidl and a Dunnes within walking distance. The cost is 750 euros a month + any additional amount for bills (gas, electricity, internet, waste disposal), which will be split equally between the four tenants each month. Move-in date is on the 1st of July. The rent for the next month is paid on the last day of the previous month. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. Looking for a non-smoker, quiet, clean, and tidy person who will respect each other’s space and keep the house organized. No pets allowed.
