Two tenants will be sharing with the owner occupier, a female in her 20s. The house consists of a large, modern and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room kitted out with new furniture and appliances. There is a utility room and a private back garden and patio. The house is located in a quiet estate on the outskirts of Ballina town (near the Quay). The property is within walking distance of shops, pubs, a gym, restaurants and a pharmacy. Parking is available if required. Rental price includes bins only. Electricity, Heating Oil and Wi-Fi are separate. I am a friendly, respectful working professional. I am looking for people that are neat and tidy and will clean as they go. They should also treat the house and contents with respect. Non-smoking house and no pets allowed. References, one month's rent and a deposit will be required in advance. Both rooms are available for a 6 month period with possibility to extended upon agreement.
