House is located in a quiet, peaceful estate despite its central location. 2-minute walk to the bus-stop, then less than 10 minute ride to the City centre 3-minute walk to the Luas Stop (Red Line, St. James stop) Less than a 10-minute cycle to City centre Dublin bikes 1 minute walk from house 20-minute walk to temple bar. House has good facilities and mod cons; 55 inch tv, cable, good broadband, electric rads, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric shower, gas cooker/oven, air-fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster. New wood burning stove just installed. New bathroom shower just fitted and tiled, and new tiles on bathroom floor. Decent sized back garden with seating area, nice in Summer. You would be living with 2 Irish guys and 1 dog. We are very respectful of each other and vibe is good in the house so wish to keep it like that. The house is modest but kept clean and tidy and is homely and comfortable. It will suit someone that wants their own room and is tidy but as house is small, doesn't have too much stuff.
