About you: We are looking for someone calm and courteous that will remember to flush the toilet, put their dishes in the dishwasher, not let their food go mouldy in the fridge, doesn't track dirt down the hall (or at least cleans it up!) and isn't demanding perfection from us either. Must be comfortable with our two dogs, and your dog is welcome here too pending a meet with ours. No cats. Preferably a student and a non smoker, but we wouldn't turn you away over it. Work from home is okay with us. About us: We are a couple in our late 20s. In our early 20s we lived in box rooms in houseshares so we know how it is and as such we're very easy going. We both work 9-5 hybrid so there is always one of us home during the work day. We work in the room next to the bedroom that is up for rent and can be on phone calls as early as 9am. We are respectful and try not to make too much noise during sleeping times, but during the day we do like to play a bit of music sometimes. We typically have guests over a few times a month. We typically don't smoke. 6 month minimum. First months rent and deposit required up front. We can agree to weekly or monthly rent depending on your preference, 500e monthly or 125e weekly.
