This is a very comfortable large four bedroom home, architecturally designed with a large fully equipped kitchen. The living dining area has a vaulted roof, with the cable wall all in glass, overlooking the river Finn. It is not your standard house share. Very quiet and private, surrounded by mature woodland. Your room is a very large room with a walk in wardrobe and a king size bed. Bedding is included. You will have your own private ensuite bathroom, including a shower. TV and internet are included, share the oil/solid fuel/electric. References are essential. You can smoke/vape outside. Couples will be considered (at a small additional cost). Letterkenny, Derry, are about 20 to 30 minutes away. This share would be until April 2027. This could be extended, if I find the right people.
