Hello! I am looking to rent my spare room to one quiet, non-smoking mature person. One tenant only. The room is available from Wednesday 1st April 2026 and can be rented for a minimum 4 weeks, maximum 4 months. The rent is payable monthly in advance and includes gas, electricity and wifi bills. Includes bedding and some towels. - Rent for Sunday eve - Friday morning: €225 per week. - Rent for 7 days a week: €325 per week.  - Security Deposit: 4 weeks rent. The room is only suitable for someone who is out of the apartment 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Due to the number of enquiries I'm receiving I will only have time to reply to people who give information on themselves, what their general routine would be and at least one written reference. The room has a double bed and wardrobe space, two side cabinets, and a door which opens onto the balcony. You would have sole access to the guest bathroom which has a bath as well as a shower head (as shown in the photos).   The apartment is south facing and located on the top floor, which can be accessed by both an elevator and a stairs.It is a fifteen minute walk to UCD, a five minute walk to Milltown Luas station, and a five minute walk to bus stops on Milltown Road.  It is a three minute walk to a small supermarket right and to a coffee shop, where there are also stations for bicycles which you can rent through the various Dublin bicycle apps.  The apartment block has bicycle racks in the basement and a electrcic vehicle charging station.
