We have a room free in our 3-bed apartment. The living room and kitchen are open-plan, with views of the Grand Canal. About us: we’re two friendly Spanish guys in our late twenties. We both work, and we’ve lived in Ireland for more than 5 years. We love sport and music. We also have a golden retriever. He’s very calm and quiet, and he’ll probably just say hi and go back to sleep. The flat: it’s a bit old (like most places in Dublin), but it’s very cosy. The room has a window and a skylight, so it gets lots of light. It also has a small desk and chair (not in the photo). There is one bathroom, but we all have different schedules, so sharing it is never a problem. Bills: bins, internet and electricity are paid separately.
