The train from Ashtown goes into Connolly Station and connects with the LUAS in Broombridge. There is also the 120 Dublin bus outside the door. The location is for the city centre, Grangegorman, DCU or Drumcondra. It is also close to Phoenix Park and has many shops, bars, restaurants and cafes in the area. Mature owners are looking for someone quiet, respectful and tidy. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere but guests or smoking are not permitted.
