Large Double room available in a first floor, two bed apartment with access to main bathroom. Onstreet parking available and bike rack in the underground car park. The apartment is overlooking the park and the canal. Ashtown and Pelletstown train station approx 7 min walk. The 120 bus is a 2 min walk. Green Luas is a 20 min walk away. Supervalu and Aldi 10 min walk away. Sharing with myself- early 40's female and my two cats Luna and Moon (Must be ok with sharing the apartment with cats). I generally work outside of the apartment Monday- Friday. Bills are not included- electricity~50 euro monthly, tv and broadband ~40 euro monthly cleaner~30 euro monthly Looking for someone who is respectful, clean, likes cats, can have a chat and a cuppa in the evening and is a non smoker.
