Large Double room available in a first floor, two bed apartment with access to main bathroom. Onstreet parking available and bike rack in the underground car park. The apartment is overlooking the park and the canal. It is located between Ashtown and Pelletstown train station. The 120 bus is a five min walk away. The green Luas is a 20 min walk away. Supervalu and Aldi 10 min walk away. Sharing with myself- late 30's female and my two cats Luna and Moon (so must be ok with cats in the space). I generally work outside of the apartment Monday- Friday. Bills are not included- electricity, tv and broadband monthly and cleaner every 2 weeks. Looking for someone who is respectful, clean, likes cats, can have a chat and a cuppa in the evening and is a non smoker. Preferably not WFH full time.
