Double bedroom with ensuite in good condition(recently repainted), we offer free internet and TV access, however, electricity, gas and bin bill will be shared equally among the heads. There is near by Centra/Tesco Express/Spar/Post office/Band of Ireland all within less than 5 minutes walk. the bus stops are just outside the house with route 69/69X/125/126A/B/D/T/U/W6 and Saggart Luas stop in 20 minutes walk. We have two cats and one small dog, they are all very friendly, if you think pet is the issue for you, please do not contact. If you have car, it can be parked in the front yard. We are looking for single person, who is quiet, can keep room and ensuite clean and tidy, no smoking habit.
