An en-suite double room is available in a well-kept house in Rathfarnham, located beside St Enda’s Park and just a short walk from Marlay Park. The house is well connected, with the 16 bus stop at the top of the estate providing direct access to the city centre and Dublin Airport. There are also plenty of local shops, cafés, gyms, and amenities nearby. You’ll be sharing with three female professionals in their 20s and early 30s. We’re a friendly, easy-going household who enjoy the occasional catch-ups and chats in the evenings. While everyone has their own lives and routines, we’re looking for someone who would enjoy being part of the house rather than simply renting a room. We’re looking for a someone with a similar profile - someone who is considerate, tidy, respectful, and values a peaceful, welcoming home environment. Ideally, you’re at a similar stage of life, enjoy a balance of socialising and personal space, and are looking for a place to settle and feel at home.
