Double room in the heart of Rathmines village available to rent from April. The location is safe, well serviced with a variety of shops (Tesco – 5 minute walk), cool bars and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the apartment is centrally located close to the city centre (circa 25 minute walk) with excellent public transport links. Sharing with two females (general office hours) in late twenties/early thirties. It is a homely and friendly house, but equally we are tidy, and respectful of each other’s space. Rent is €585 + bills (electricity and Wifi) monthly. A deposit of €585, one month’s rent in advance is required. The apartment is managed by a property agent.
