Bright and spacious double room available in a three-bed house, sharing with two other young and friendly working professionals (Irish and Portuguese), both in our early 30's. We're looking for a sociable, clean and easy-going housemate, looking for a long-term rental. Although we tend to have our own routine, we get along well and are always open to a chat after work or in the evenings, so are hoping to find someone similar, who can integrate into the general vibe of the house. The house is in a perfect location in the buzzing area of Rathmines, with supermarkets, cinemas, bars, parks, numerous buses all on your doorstep and the green line Luas a short 10 minute walk away. Parking is also available at the rear of the property or on-street with a permit. The room comes with a bedside locker, large wardrobe and double bed and is available from mid November, but this is negotiable. Viewings will be held w/c 10th December. A deposit in addition to the first month's rent of 850 euro will be required, along with previous landlord references.
