The property has wooden floors throughout, newly decorated, is very warm in winter, has two toilets, main bathroom, bath & shower, & kitchen/dining room. We are looking for a nice quiet, clean tenant to share the house with. We have a cat so unfortunately we can't take a tenant with an animal or allergies. Bills are 100 per month flat rate and covers electricity, gas central heating, WiFi & waste disposal. Tyrrelstown is in very close proximity to all major companies in the Blanchardstown area e.g IBM, Paypal etc. Deposit is one months rent (€650). Looking for a long term tenant ideally.
