This very comfortable room contains a good sized wardrobe and other bedroom furniture, a desk, a chair, a bookcase, a very comfortable new double bed, with new mattress and black-out blinds for great sleep. Spacious shared bathroom with one other person. 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop, with direct buses to the city centre. ATU is 3 km away/ 30 mins walk or 7 min bus journey. Close to Parkmore, Ballybrit, Mervue and the Galway Clinic, and a short walk to the sea. There is a SPAR shop, chemist and LIDL within a short walking distance. Ideally suited to someone based in Galway mid-week, who returns home every weekend. Please note the room is not available on Friday or Saturday nights. Available from September 1st 2025 for €525 euros +€75 euros monthly contribution to bills, that is a total of €600 euro including all bills per month, for 4 months (beginning of May until the end of August 2026). No pets or smokers, please. One month deposit and landlord references required.
