Reilean, Roscam, Co. Galway

***** Sunday nights to Friday mornings only **** Looking for somewhere genuinely nice to land during the week? This could be it. The room is a big, bright double in a recently built, B-rated house in Roscam. Fully furnished — double bed with blackout blinds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, a desk, a chair and a bookcase. Somewhere you can actually sleep, and somewhere you can actually focus. You'd share a spacious modern bathroom with one other person. The house has high-speed Wi-Fi and everything modern you'd expect. The people here are easy to live with — everyone does their bit, which is exactly why the place stays so relaxed. The location Roscam is handy for ATU — about a 10-minute bus ride, with bus routes to Galway city centre 400m away. Also close to Parkmore, Ballybrit, Mervue and the Galway Clinic. Local shops (SPAR, chemist, LIDL) and the sea are all within walking distance. The practical bits Available: 1st November 2026 to the end of May 2027. This is a fixed-term agreement. Rent: €180 per week, all bills included — including a professional cleaner twice a month. Payable: the 1st of every month. Deposit: one month's deposit. No pets, no smoking. Read this bit carefully The room is available Sunday night to Friday morning only. This is an owner-occupied home, and the room isn't available Friday or Saturday nights. That works really well for someone who goes home at weekends or has plans — it doesn't work if you need the room seven days a week. If you're interested Send me an email with a short bit about yourself, and confirm that you understand the room is Sunday night to Friday morning only. I get a lot of queries, so I'll only reply to those shortlisted — tell me a bit about yourself and you're much more likely to hear back. Thanks.
