The downstairs bedroom has a wash hand basin. There are three bathrooms at the house one located upstairs with a power shower, toilet and wash hand basin which will be shared with myself and two located downstairs one which will be for the sole use of the occupant of the downstairs bedroom it has a power shower, toilet and wash hand basin and one with a bath, toilet and wash hand basin, which will be shared with the occupants at the house. There is a fully fitted Kitchen with cupboard storage, a fridge freezer, a second fridge, electric fan oven and cooking hobs with an extractor fan. There is a breakfast, lunch and dining room located on the ground floor just off the kitchen. There is storage space in the attic if required. There are two out door patio areas one with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Located in Dublin 8 the house is well serviced by public transport Luas Red Line and Dublin Bus only a few mins walk from the house, so it’s very convenient for accessing the City Centre. Rialto is an inner suburb, situated on the city's southside. There are several supermarkets, pharmacies, hairdressers and laundries nearby and in Rialto village there are artisan shops and cafes as well as some very good pubs. The monthly rent does not include utility bills which are wifi, waste collection, electricity and gas heating, these bills are to be divided between the three people living at the house including myself.
