The room includes a double bed, a large balcony, a wardrobe, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a kettle. There is no kitchen in the apartment. The bathroom is shared, but only with me. There are no other shared areas in the flat—it’s a small apartment. The neighbourhood is quiet and mostly made up of families. It’s located right next to the Fatima Luas stop. Rent is paid monthly, and deposit is required.
