Large 4 bedroom period property centrally located within Rialto. The house is owned by myself and my partner: we are men in our 30s, and there is a medium sized dog in the house. We have another room rented to a male in his 40s. The bathroom is shared and recently renovated. We are a 4 minute walk away from the Fatima Luas stop and there are buses directly into town at the doorstep. We are located in the Rialto Village, with several amenities nearby, such as gyms, local cafes, shops, etc. The rental figure is for the use of the room and shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, garden) and includes all bills (internet, bins, electricity and gas). The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand and a desk. Ideally looking for someone who is: - LGBTQIA friendly - Non-smoker - Respectful and clean in shared spaces - Likes dogs House rules: - No parties - Guests limited - House chores in shared spaces - No shoes upstairs We would like to post this initially for a 6 month period with the option to extend if both parties are happy with the arrangement.
