Our house is a mid-terraced home has the charm of a cottage but the modernisation of a renovated Dublin cottage. **The Room** Furnished single bedroom in a quiet cottage. Private en suite bathroom, single bed, desk and ergonomic office chair. Shared use of kitchen, living space, laundry and decking. Ideal for a student or working professional. **House Rules** Key licence conditions & restrictions (please read): - Licence to reside (not a tenancy, ie rent a room) - Payment: monthly fee due on the 1st; one-month deposit - No smoking anywhere in the property. - Non-smoking/non-vaping household. No consumption of alcohol on the premises. - Non-drinking household. - No cooking, storing or consuming onion or garlic inside the property. - No overnight guests. - No pets (elderly household cat already present) **Business End of Things** Available from 1st September 2026. Rent: €1200 per month + one-month deposit.
