The Room - Bright, spacious double bedroom with good storage. - Fits desk comfortably (great for hybrid work). The Home - Bright, comfy living/dining room with balcony. - Fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer. - Spacious shared bathroom with rainfall shower. -Secure parking in the complex; bike-friendly. - Well-maintained building. Location & Connections - Green Line Luas: Milltown stop - 1 min walk. - St Stephen’s Green ~10 mins by Luas. - Dundrum Town Centre/Lidl ~5 mins by Luas. - Wilde & Green cafe and The Dropping Well pub ~5 mins walk. - Dodder riverside trail at the end of the road - Bushy Park ~10 mins by bike (markets, tennis).
