ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Freshly refurbished and furnished, you will get to enjoy a spacious bedroom and semi-private bathroom (the main bedroom has an en-suite so the bathroom pictured will only be used by you and any guests coming over - will also receive a mirror over the whole wall over the coming weeks). Plenty of storage space as well with a large closet + ottoman bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual kitchenware and appliances and has a dishwasher + washing machine. Adjoined to the living room is a large balcony with a gorgeous view over Dublin. Additionally, the property is gated and has a garage with a private parking space you could use if you own a car. ABOUT US: We are a gay couple in our 20s and own the property. Both working 9-5 and enjoy keeping busy with sports (rugby, CrossFit, running, gym, sea swimming...), exploring the rich cultural and nightlife offering of Dublin, or spending time in nature. One of us likes video games also. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A social and friendly person that will match our vibe - we would love to build a little community at home.
