One double room is available in a furnished 3-bedroom house in Drumcondra with move in date from beginning of September. Flexible on length of stay and move in date - shorter term preferred but happy to discuss potential arrangements prior to viewing. Ideally working from home is kept at a minimum. You will be sharing with 1 couple. One month rent and deposit up front. Only bill required is electricity which is not included in rent. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy within a five minute walk, while the National Botanic Gardens are within a 20-minute walk.
