We are looking for a clean and tidy tenant to rent a double room along side three other working professionals (late 20’s/early 30’s). The room is equipped with a double bed, bedside locker and built in wardrobe. The house has 4 bedrooms, sitting room, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms and a small courtyard garden. This is a non smoking household. We are sociable people, seeking someone of the same age/attitude. One month’s rent and one month deposit is required.
