Room for rent in a shared house in Ringsend. Looking for a roommate to join our house. House is a 3 bed, 2 bath. You would be sharing with one male and one female, who are both working on Dublin and in their late 20s/early 30s. Bills not included in monthly rent price (approx 50 euro a month) House is in a great location, within walking distance of city centre and Sandymount strand. Ringsend village has loads of great amenities as well. Previous landlord reference required. Room is available from 17th June. Viewings can be arranged if interested. Will be reviewing all applications submitted next week.
