The house was recently completely renovated and insulated and with two bathrooms, living room, kitchen etc. The house is shared with various nationalities, including Spanish, Swedish and Italian and with an average age of late twenties. There is an excellent gym, swimming pool and sports center around the corner and the house is a short walk to Grand Canal Dart station, two Tesco's, the city center and a Luas stop, we are also in the middle of two Dublin Bike stands.
