There's a bus stop less than a minute walk from the front gate in either direction served by the 80 (24 hour bus) and the 69 routes. The apartment has a triple aspect private balcony, with views of the park to the north and really nice panoramic views of the river and mountains to the south. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, large american fridge etc.) Bills are not included in the rent (electric/internet), and car parking is available at an additional charge.
