Newly built spacious extension rental with large tiled bathroom with shower. Private access through side door in extension foyer. Easy access to the M8 and bus routes hourly to the city. Fermoy 5 minute drive away. Spar shop in the estate along with two pubs and some chippers. Plenty of nature walks available. I have two small dogs but they reside in the main house and won't be a bother to you. If you are afraid of dogs then perhaps another property would suit you better. Bills are not included in the rent and will depend on consumption, so that would include electricity, heating, refuse and internet. Probably €100 total in addition to the rent. Television is SkyStream so I can organise a multi-room access point for that if required. If you could bring your own television set that would be great.
