Home from home for a person who's only in Dublin midweek, Sunday evening to Friday (5 nights hences the lower price), preferably looking for student, apprentice or someone from the Country will be home at weekends. A double bedroom, available to rent from May 1st to a male. The house is a 4 bed, 3 bath, kept clean and tidy. Currently 3 male professions in the house all from the Country and all into their sports especially GAA. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, 2 washer machines and dryer, Fibre broadband, 2 flatscreen smart tv's in sitting room and kitchen/living room with sky sports. Main Bathroom with electric power shower. Also a Basic Gym. Public transport includes 37 bus stop 3 mins walk serving colleages TU Dublin, TCD and also Ballycoolin(paypal/BMS)/NSC Ireland/City Centre/Blanch SC (ebay) and Coolmine train station 7 mins walk away which serves Maynooth, Leixlip, Drumcondra, Docklands(IFSC), Connolly, Tara Street (City Centre), Pearse, Grand Canal Dock (google) & Lansdowne station which also links with the Luas Cross City at Bloombridge. Nearby within 5 mins walking distance are local shops, pubs, off license, Post Office, Castleknock GAA, Castleknock Hotel/Golf Course and Porterstown Park.
