While not technically a studio apartment, the house owners use a separate kitchen and bathroom, so the kitchenette and bathroom beside the rented bedroom will be quite private. The space shares household infrastructure of electricity/heating/broadband/bins/driveway and an internal doorway with the rest of the house. All bills are included in rent. Students are welcome to enquire, but the room is available on a 12-month basis – not just for the academic year.
