The house is large and includes a shared sitting room, dining room and kitchen, a large garden and on street parking. Rent is 500/month excluding bills. All bills are shared in 3 equally every month. Expect 150 bills monthly in average and a bit more in winter. 1 month deposit required, 1 month notice expected. The house is a few minutes walk from Louisa Bridge train station, C3, 52, L59 bus routes, and walking distance to Lidl and amenities. 15 minutes walk to Leixlip village. Our ideal candidate would be a social person, fluent in English, and in their 30's. We will not consider fully remote workers.
