Spacious single bedroom available in family home with one cat. Located near the Blackrock end of Newtownpark Avenue. You'd be sharing the house with the owner (male, early 60s) and one other student, and be sharing a bathroom with that other student. Please note I cannot reply to all emails. Please do not email if you are looking for seven-day accommodation, as this is not available. Utility bills included in rent. Quiet, very safe neighbourhood. Blackrock and Seapoint Dart stations within 15 minutes' walk. Several bus routes nearby. Dunnes Stores Playwright outlet five minutes' walk away. Lidl and Tesco stores in Stillorgan, Aldi, SuperValu and M&S stores in Blackrock. Unrestricted access to kitchen (designated area in fridge and cupboards), sittingroom and attic study space. Suitable for a quiet student who goes home at weekends. No smoking, no vaping and no overnight guests allowed. Available for 9-10 months. Email for enquiries. Must like cats.
